$10,000 would fund three months of reduced cost meals for the members of Breakthrough.
$10,000 would fund one month of flex fund expenses that would help the 170 Breakthrough members receiving case management assistance to cope with various crises that arise.
$5,000 would pay for three months of transportation assistance for members who are working or unable to utilize public transportation to access our programs.
$2,500 would support one month of education support for our members working on continuing their educations.
$1,250 would pay for one month of transportation assistance for members who are working or unable to utilize public transportation to access our programs.
$1,000 would fund one computer for use by our members in finding employment and attaining their education goals.
$500 would support one month of social activities for our members.
$50 would provide work clothes for a member who has not had a job before.
The costs to provide these programs to the members of Breakthrough do add up. On a monthly basis, Breakthrough spends:
$3,750 to provide reduced cost meals to our members
$9,250 in flex funds to help members cope with crises that arise
