Description: Our Open Door to Independence luncheon is a free, one hour event where we introduce to you Breakthrough Club and our mission. This our includes a free, light lunch as well as stories from our members and staff and a tour of our facility. We would love for you to join us, and we request an RSVP to ensure we prepare enough food.
