Development Coordinator
DUTIES: Position includes working as part of the development team to provide leadership and direction to fundraising events, utilizing the Benevon model for fundraising activities. Additionally, Coordinator manages the agency donor database, Open Door functions, and assists with other aspects of development as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to relate well to diverse groups of people, have excellent planning, actuating, controlling, directing, evaluating, and communication skills. Must be self motivated and work with limited supervision.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field required. Previous development or communications experience with focus on goal attainment in the non-profit sector preferred. Must have computer proficiency with programs such as Word, Access, and Excel. Valid DL and safe driving record required.
