Breakthrough has a matching grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for health and wellness and KU School of Medicine-Wichita is one of our partners. For their part, KU will be hosting a Lunch and Learn series to educate the medical and mental health community on physical health issues related to mental illness. We will be providing FREE box lunches and presentations will be given by various community professionals.

Emotions Anonymous
Emotions Anonymous (EA) is now meeting at Breakthrough. Meetings will be held on Tuesdays at 4:30pm in the downstairs conference room at Breakthrough. Everyone is welcome. There are no dues or fees required to attend.
Emotions Anonymous offers a 12-step program to help people cope with stress in daily living and to live a healthier emotional life. EA is not affiliated with any other organization. The program is open to anyone who has a desire to become emotionally well. Members attend for various reasons, among them depression, anxiety, relationship problems and other emotional difficulties.
